How does PHIPA compliance work for dental records?

All patient data is stored in Supabase Canada Central (Toronto region) — it never leaves Canadian servers. Our agents communicate administrative information only: appointment times, reminders, and scheduling. They never discuss diagnoses, treatments, or clinical details. Full audit logs are retained for 10 years per PHIPA requirements.

Can Reva handle after-hours emergency calls?
