Is this PHIPA-compliant?
Yes. All patient data is stored exclusively in Supabase Canada Central (Toronto region) — it never leaves Canadian servers. Our agents handle administrative tasks only: appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling. PHI is never included in AI model prompts. Full audit logs are retained for 10 years per PHIPA requirements.
Does it work with Jane App, Dentrix, or ClearDent?
Yes. ClinicOS integrates natively with Jane App (priority for physio), Dentrix, ClearDent, Juvonno, Cliniko, Curve Dental, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental. If your PMS isn't listed, we connect via Google Calendar — which works as a universal fallback for any clinic.
How long does deployment take?

What data leaves Canada?
Nothing that contains patient identifiers. The AI reasoning layer (Anthropic Claude) receives only anonymized context — appointment type, time window, and the patient's own words. Patient names, phone numbers, and health details never leave Canadian servers. This is architecturally enforced, not just a policy.
Who owns my data?
Your clinic does. You are the Health Information Custodian under PHIPA. TechGizmo Digital is a service provider operating under your instructions. We never sell, license, or use your patient data for any purpose other than the services you've engaged us for. Full data portability on request.
