Reva Appointment Setter takes bookings while your front desk is busy with the person in front of them.

Online appointment booking for dental practices and wellness clinics. A patient picks a time on your website, gets a confirmation, and gets reminded before the visit. Nobody has to be on the phone for any of it.

What it does

A fuller schedule, without more time on the phone

For the patient

  • Books at nine at night, when they finally remembered to, rather than waiting until you open
  • Picks from times you have actually made available, so there is no back and forth
  • A confirmation straight away, not a promise to call back
  • A reminder before the visit, so it does not quietly slip their mind

For the front desk

  • Bookings arrive already filled in, instead of being taken down mid-conversation
  • Reminders go out on their own, rather than depending on somebody remembering
  • Recalls get followed up instead of sitting on a list nobody gets to
  • Fewer interruptions during clinic hours for something a form could have handled

The gaps in a schedule are rarely one big cancellation. They are a patient who called at lunch and got voicemail, and one who meant to rebook and did not. This is aimed squarely at those.

Fitting it in

Your desk still runs your diary

The point is to take the typing away, not the judgement. Your team decides what patients can see and book.

  • You set which appointment types are bookable online and which still need a call
  • You set the hours and the amount of notice you need
  • Anything unusual, a complex case or a patient who needs a conversation first, stays with your team
  • It is styled to your practice, so a patient never feels handed off to a third party

Walk through the booking flow as a patient would

Works on its own, or with Reva

Plenty of practices take this and nothing else, and it works perfectly well that way. If you also run the Reva chat assistant, a patient who starts by asking a question can be handed straight into booking rather than being told to call. That is a convenience, not a requirement, and neither one needs the other.

What the Reva chat assistant does

How the data is handled

A booking holds what the appointment needs: who is coming, how to reach them, and when. That information is used to make the booking and to remind them about it, and for nothing else. It is stored in a Canadian region, it is not sold, and it is not used to advertise to the person who typed it.

Book a short call and we will set the demo up around how your practice actually books, rather than a generic version of it.
