The scope of work
Fixing one thing costs differently from running local search, advertising, and review growth together. Most engagements start narrow.
We quote after a conversation rather than publishing a price list, and the reason is straightforward: a solo practice with no website and a four-location group have almost nothing in common, so a number that fits one would mislead the other.
You will get a written quote against a defined scope, after we have looked at your market and shown you what we found. Not before.
Fixing one thing costs differently from running local search, advertising, and review growth together. Most engagements start narrow.
A new site is a project with a beginning and an end. Improving one you already have is usually smaller and faster.
Every location has its own profile, its own reviews, and its own set of competitors, so the work multiplies with the sites you operate rather than the patients you see.
Some searches in the GTA are crowded and some are not. The audit tells us which situation you are in, and that shapes both the work and the effort behind it.
Book a short call. We will ask enough about your practice to know whether an audit is worth doing, and if it is, the quote follows once you have seen what it turned up.
A call costs you twenty minutes and commits you to nothing. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you on that call.
