This describes what this website collects and what happens to it. It covers techgizmo.cloud itself. How we handle information once we are working together is on the data handling page.
Booking a call, which you can do either through the form or by asking Reva. Either way we collect the name you give, your practice name, your email address, the time window you choose, and a phone number if you offer one. Nothing on this site collects anything else about you.
It is stored so we can arrange your call, a copy is emailed to us so we see the request, and a confirmation is emailed to the address you gave. We use an email delivery service to send those two messages, which means that service processes your name, email address and message content for the purpose of delivering them.
Reva, the assistant in the corner of the page, is optional and never opens on its own. If you type something into it, that message and the rest of that conversation are sent to Anthropic, the company whose model generates the reply. Closing it is remembered for the rest of your visit using your browser's own session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
Reva can also book a call for you. If you ask her to, she will ask for your name, your practice name, an email address, a time that suits, and optionally a phone number. Those details are used to arrange the call and for nothing else. They are treated exactly like a booking made through the form: stored in a Canadian region, emailed to us, and confirmed back to you. She asks for them only when you have said you want a call, and you can decline and use the email address or phone number instead.
This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. It does not run third party tracking scripts, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to track.
Enquiries from this site are stored in a Canadian region. The email delivery service that sends your confirmation processes your name and address in order to deliver it.
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and we will remove it.
