What this site collects
One thing: the booking form. If you ask for a call, we collect the name you give, your practice name, your email address, and the time window you select. Nothing on this site collects anything else about you.

Privacy policy
This describes what this website collects and what happens to it. It covers techgizmo.cloud itself. How we handle information once we are working together is on the data handling page.
What happens to it
It is stored so we can arrange your call, a copy is emailed to us so we see the request, and a confirmation is emailed to the address you gave. We use an email delivery service to send those two messages, which means that service processes your name, email address and message content for the purpose of delivering them.
The chat assistant
Reva, the assistant in the corner of the page, is optional and never opens on its own. If you type something into it, that message and the rest of that conversation are sent to Anthropic, the company whose model generates the reply. We do not attach your name or email to it, because the assistant never asks for them, and we do not use those conversations to contact you. Closing it is remembered for the rest of your visit using your browser's own session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. It does not run third party tracking scripts, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to track.
Where it is stored
Enquiries from this site are stored in a Canadian region. The email delivery service that sends your confirmation processes your name and address in order to deliver it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and we will remove it.
